The Executive Report

SINCE the executive was formulated last May, we have organized two very successful roundtable meetings and a summer social event. We learned all about Bill 59 Tort Procedures in Hamilton last spring. This fall, Mark Luxton spoke to us in Toronto about how to become a factor in the DAC process. We dodged golf balls and just missed the lightening bolts last August at the mini-putt tournament held in Oakville.

The Law Clerk Track at the fall conference met with very positive comments from all the clerks in attendance as we listened to Dr. Ken Bowler of Burlington talk about Designated Assessment Centres and the various tests they administer.

Kevin Bousquet was a marvel and kept everyone jotting down notes on skip tracing techniques to locate that elusive non protected defendant. Thanks for the tips reading the SIN and driver license numbers Kevin!
